I have been trying to solve the Internet Explorer problem on my Laptop without going into my e/mail Unfortunately I could not get it sorted but in the process many advertisments came up and in trying to get back out I must have hit a wrong button and Porn advertisements appeared and I could not get back or it would not allow me to do so However after about five minutes my computer froze and then a notice came up to say my computer has been encrypted and I have transgressed What does this all mean and what must I do to uncrypt or is this necessary or should I report this to my computer services.
Unfortunately my computer knowledge is not advanced to handle the issue
