not windows andirod 4.1.1 it started 2 days ago out of the blue.

Go to Settings, Applications Manager.

Look under the list ALL for GOOGLE SERVICES FRAMEWORK.

Press it and press Clear Data.

Then restart the Tablet and tell me if you still have the problem please.

The same problem has returned. I did as before but not working so I turned of and rebooted it did the same so I did restore to factory settings but now it boots into safe mode.how do I return


To normal mode.

Safe mode means it has detected a hardware problem, and this is the cause of this issue.

I am really sorry about this and you are going to have to return the Tablet to have it replaced. It will be covered by the warranty, and the replacement will be done at no cost to you. But it is a hardware fault causing this.
