I am waiting for an explanation as to why my lap top freezes when I receive an incoming landline call
freezes with incoming calls each time. furthermore I asked a technician to provide
call display on my landline. A fee of £28 was paid yet I have not received any caller display service(engineer RICHARD). PLEASE HELP.

I called B T customer service on 16th or 17th and was transferred to a technician who on payment of £28 assured me that I COULD NOW RECEIVE caller I d on all receivers on my tel receivers, but no evidence as yet. I wish to have this service installed or ask for return of my money.
Yes I SPOKE INITIALLY TO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHO PUT ME INTOUCH WITH A TECHNICIAN WHO GUARANTEED THAT CALLER ID WOULD BE INSTALLED ONCE I PAID £28
