The hannspad 10.1 it comes up with , camera error , can't connect to the camera

please hold down the power button for 8 seconds to reset and reboot and then check if the same error comes up

in thatcase since its a new hansspad i would suggest to do a factory reset

ensure that the tablet is fully charged

Plug off power adapter
Hold VOL – then press Power key at same time (about 4 seconds) still Hannspree logo
appear.
Picture center will display a Android robot.

Use VOL +/- key to choose “wipe data/factory reset” and press Power button.
