•ANSWER•

The only way to unlock your radio will be to perform reset using the procedure below.

1. Remove the front panel
2. Check the picture below for instruction how to remove front panel

3. Find the reset button

4. Unfold a paperclip and slide an end into the hole.
5. Press and hold gently for exactly 35 seconds.
6. Radio should restart.

When done test your radio and let me know if that works please.
