I unfortunatel washed my I Phone 5 in my weekly wash, so I reverted to my old I phone 4, unfortunately, even though it is fully charged it will not switch on, I have tried to go to recovery through I tunes but it keeps coming up error 11

Can you disconnect the phone from the computer

Then hold the power and home button on the phone for about 10 seconds until you see the Apple Logo, then release.

Let the phone restart and tell me if it now switches on please.

Dowloaded, but it is not doing anything, im fact it is doing exactly the same as I tunes. It has put the phone serial number on th left 4 times, so I assume it has tried 4 times

You need to run the file after you have downloaded it Roy

Then in the program you click Exit Restore.

It means the phone is not being communicated with at all Roy.

This is because the internal memory that has faulted on the phone. It is the cause for error 11 but this program can at times correct it if it is only a firmware issue. In your case it is not the case sorry. It is the actual memory that has faulted.

I am really sorry about this and you are going to have to return the phone to have it replaced if it is still covered by the warranty. As a internal memory issue requires a replaced phone.
