broadband fault. I cannot sign in to get to the e-mail page.

broadband fault. I cannot sign in to get to the e-mail page. I had been using it earlier but when tried to sign in again it would not accept my user name and or my password. I have tried to reset both but it will not accept my user name to start with!

I entered name as advised, post code, birth date and mothers maiden name as requested but it refused the entry twice

Call 0800 100 400

Once you have verified yourself on the phone, you can then have the password ***** there.

I could not log on. Might be not being very good at this game! My only


excuse is I am a 76 year old and the last I worked on/with computers was 1985 programming machine tools.
