By default they are put into your Pictures Folder on your computer.

If your using windows, click Start, Pictures and you should then see them there.

I have tried that but get the message "Scanner driver supported by the software is not installed. Install it and try again"


 


Can you suggest a way to find the driver and install it?

Click me to view

You need to go through the list, locate the Scanner driver for windows 7 and install it.

Then restart the computer and it should now scan.

I have tried that and found the correct printer. However, I can see no way to download the needed information. There are instructions for uninstalling but no information on getting a download to run..
