I fill in id and p/w into the two spaces and try to load this info but the field just remains with the inserted info and does not move.

i should also explain that when i try to access email on my iphone 5 i get a notice reading "CANNOT GET MAIL...THE CONNECTION TO THE SERVER FAILED"...is this any help

I see my usual log in field with two blank spaces for id and p/w...which i have filled in over 6 times today.

ook, it tells you when you open it.

Please do the following in Internet Explorer

Click Tools (the gear wheel top right) than Internet Options

Click on the General Tab and Delete all Temporary Internet Files.

Than click the Advance Tab and click Reset

Then restart the computer and tell me if Yahoo now works please.

I have a Yahoo account...but until yesterday for some reason no new mail can be received nor can i send any mail.


your instructions are too complicated for me to follow..would it be possible for you to call yahoo and sort this out because i have spent nearly three hours trying to contact them to no avail..i feel like going back to the quill pen and the high stool...no offence to you!!

Can you please go to www.teamviewer.com

Click on Download in the top right.

Go down to "TeamViewer Quicksupport"

Click on Download and download and run the program.

It will give you an ID and a Password.

Please give me the ID (leave a space between each character eg: 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9) and the password ***** your next message to me here.

Do not close the program, but leave it open.

I can then connect to your computer.

I got as far as downloading the teamviewer programme but to install it they wanted a p/w which i tried to give but it was always rejected ...so i;m back here with you!

They dont need a password, it is your computer that requires the password ***** run it.

No all it did was to confirm with a large green tick that the programme had been successfully installed...no id or P,W!

You need to RUN the program

I've returned to the programme and even reinstalled it in the hope of being given an id and p/w...NO SUCH LUCK ...I JUST GET THE GREEN TICK AS BEFORE ... how can we proceed?
