i should also explain that when i try to access email on my iphone 5 i get a notice reading "CANNOT GET MAIL...THE CONNECTION TO THE SERVER FAILED"...is this any help

yahoo is working but not my email
I have a Yahoo account...but until yesterday for some reason no new mail can be received nor can i send any mail.
your instructions are too complicated for me to follow..would it be possible for you to call yahoo and sort this out because i have spent nearly three hours trying to contact them to no avail..i feel like going back to the quill pen and the high stool...no offence to you!!
I got as far as downloading the teamviewer programme but to install it they wanted a p/w which i tried to give but it was always rejected ...so i;m back here with you!

No all it did was to confirm with a large green tick that the programme had been successfully installed...no id or P,W!
I've returned to the programme and even reinstalled it in the hope of being given an id and p/w...NO SUCH LUCK ...I JUST GET THE GREEN TICK AS BEFORE ... how can we proceed?
I have not closed the programme...nothing is happening...no id no p/w!!
