I am trying to,'get into' my E-mails. Unfortunately, my ID and I suppose, password, were recently changed by BT. I have submitted both my new and my old ID, however, I have only one "password", but neither seems to be appropriate.

You'll need your account number and the number of the phone line you have BT Broadband on. You can find both of these numbers on your BT bill. If you are not able to get this done online, then please call 0800(###) ###-####/strong> and select option 1 (for technical problems) then follow the instructions to reset the password.
