I having problems with my ipad air. When ask me to put in my apple user name and password ***** rejects it. I use the same password ***** user name on my pc which is a sky account. I have had to change my password ***** times today. Please can you help me. Thank you very much.

On the iPad air, are you making sure that you capitalize the letter(s) when needed to? The password has to be exactly the same as it is on the computer.

What more can I say, I can get on the home page setup and connected to broadband but each time I put my user id and password it get rejected and I cannot get any further.

I can see the home then I switch to settings page and gives all my settings ie broadband which I have successfully done, but if I go to to any other apps I am asked to put my user id which is *****@******.*** and my password it rejects as not being valid. I have been to change my password each time.
