Hi, and thank you for asking your question!

Are you able to access your Hotmail account itself? If so, please do this now:

1. Login to your Hotmail account at www.outlook.com

2. Once logged in, click on the gear icon at the top-right, then click 'Options'.

3. Under 'Managing your account', click 'Account details'.

4. Sign in one more time, when prompted.

5. Click 'Security and password' in the left pane.

6. Here, you should be able to change your account's password *****
