Goodmorning ive tried to fix my problem of two accounts im locked out of both as it thinks there is someone else using this account. My hotmail accounts are ebeading@ hotmail.com and *****@******.***
I have them linked to my ipad and iphone as well and i think this has caused problems
You offered help late yesterday evening for £30 can you help??

You will have to fix this remotly as im locked out and cannot access my mail. Remember i have two accounts *****@******.*** and *****@******.***.

I have to go to work now........... i cannot continue my work urgently needs!! i will have to get help from another source!!!!

Do i get my money back? or can you fix remotley or do i lock the computer and try another expert later when i get home from work?????

Ive unlocked the computer there is general at the top whick i have clocked on but that is as far as i can get.
