I did not have time yesterday to do the tasks you set for me to regain my WiFi connection to my Kindle. The thing that blew your rating was the 8 emails that was sent overnight( as I slept) How intrusive can you dare to be!I am sure this was an automatic computer thing, I must point out that I am 72 years old and not a slave to my electronic gadgets as some people are.

Because of the intrusion I would like a refund of £13

Sorry as I was unable to follow your directions, not your fault really as I am a novice. I am now back on my kindle with the help of a friend.

I was too afraid to follow your advice. All is well now. Thank you for trying.

I received 4 more emails from somewhere?? plus this one from you. I am still unhappy about this pestering. As you say it wasn't you I shall upgrade your rating.
