Yes that is correct.
You keep asking me to give my email address and when I give it you say that this is for another customer you have. I have had this email address for years. It is *****@******.***. Please reply to this address. Thanks
Hello! Thank you for your question. I am a licensed computer professional with over ten years of experience, and I will be assisting you today.I'm sorry about the issue. Can you confirm that the Sony computer has windows XP (or windows vista, or windows 7, or 8, etc.)?If needed, is it okay to reset the computer fresh? Please reply at the box below. Thank you,
It has Windows Vista and if I can't open it I don't see how I can reset it fresh.
Thank you. There is a windows password ***** program, which you burn to a blank disk on a working computer, then use it to boot from the problematic computer:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EWnV5SM7iS0http://www.pogostick.net/~pnh/ntpasswd/bootdisk.htmlBut that can be complicated; it's easier to reset the computer fresh. Turn off the Sony computer, then turn it back on, then right away, keep tapping key F10 until a recovery menu appears, and continue.
If needed, right after turning on the computer, keep tapping at the same time the two keys Alt and F10.If needed, try key F8, or F11 also.Edit: We've been communicating, but it looks like you are not there; when you are available, please reply back at the box below to continue. Thank you,
Sorry I have been unable to contact you earlier. Many thanks for your assistance. I now have my Computer up and running. Thank You.
