I'm really sorry, I know this is not answer you want to hear, unfortunately this seems to be a hardware issue with your Kindle. Amazon will repair or replace the Kindle under Warranty, the Kindle Warranty is 12 months from purchase date. Please contact the Warranty Department at 0843(###) ###-####/span>
You can read the books from your Kindle library on your computer or Smartphone while you are waiting on your replacement.

Unfortunately, the rating you gave goes on my personal record and affects my customer service score and my job. . . I am doing my very best to help you. I would appreciate not getting a negative review as this reflects my service to you. Did I misunderstand the question, is there something else I can do?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

Dear Randy. (I assume that you are a person and not acomputer)

Your answers seemed ro refer to a newer version of Kindle than the one I have got, which us older than 12 months. I can read what I already have on my Kindle, but am unable to connect to Kindle store. If you are not sure I have got a hardware problem, please look further into the matter. I am sorry for my negative rating,

jon

Hello, Randy.

My Kindle is Model No. D00801, FCC ID: ADZ-1013, IC.: 8666A-1013.

I believe my Wi-Fi strength is sufficient.

Is there anything I can do besides buying a new one?

Regards, Jon
