Hello. My name is Joel, and I can help you solve your problem. Thank you for your question. My goal is to provide excellent customer service.
You can do a factory reset of your device by rebooting and pressing the F9 key continually. This will bring up the reset menu.
my laptop lights up and the mouse is there but it wot do anything more
i will try that
Please let me know if that works.
Okay. Reboot again, and press the F2 key continually. This should open the BIOS screen.
still wont but it is trying as i ca hear it when i turn it on and press f2
yes it has went on but what do i do now
Reboot and continually press the Delete key.
what do u mean reboot it
Well, normally, I would mean to do a restart using the start icon in the lower left corner of your screen. But, since you cannot get there, it would be by using the power button to turn the computer off;. If that brings up a restart menu, select that. Otherwise, just turn the computer off and then turn it back on.
Do you have a disk containing the Windows operating system, or do you have a recovery disk for your laptop?
no i dont think i have i bought it for my grandaughter it is now on what do i do to stop it happening again
Are you saying that it is working now?
What was the last thing that you did that you had not done before?
IF I HAVE SOLVED YOUR PROBLEM, I WOULD APPRECIATE A GOOD OR AN EXCELLENT RATING. I ONLY GET COMPENSATED FOR MY SERICES WHEN I RECEIVE A POSITIVE RATING.
