I am typing this question on my ipad. On my main desktop I use Windows 7...when I upgraded my Internet Explorer I lost the ability to print emails from my BT Yahoo mail ...this is my main email account and I have to go on to Outlook and print from there. This is annoying as I dont use Outlook everyday and have to come off BT yahoo and then load up Outlook. Can I get BT yahoo to print my emails?

yes, but you are clearly having problems getting this sorted ....can you put everything back to as it was. This is my husbands computer and I am feeling way to nervous that you are not going to be able to resolve this

The issue is definitely with IE11 with yahoo

The best way to sort this issue is to either install a better browser to access yahoo from there

Using computer go to firefox.com and download it from there. Once done, open it and access yahoo bt mail using that. It should be able to print.

Yes, to revert back to changes, you can reset IE

On Internet Explorer, click tools > internet options > advanced tab > reset > reset

That will revert back any changes I did.

I have a couple of suggestions:

In IE go to Tools
Internet Options
General
Browsing History
Delete

Then Open Internet Explorer, click on tools, then click on internet options, click on security, click on trusted sites, scroll down the bar for the security level to low, then uncheck the enable protected mode, click on sites then add http://www.outlook.com it might want you to add it like this: https://www.outlook.com, then click add, click close and then click ok.

Now try printing your emails.

Let me know if that works but PLEASE do not RATE until we are completely finished.
