yes, but you are clearly having problems getting this sorted ....can you put everything back to as it was. This is my husbands computer and I am feeling way to nervous that you are not going to be able to resolve this
The issue is definitely with IE11 with yahoo
The best way to sort this issue is to either install a better browser to access yahoo from there

or uninstall the IE11 update and revert back to old IE

Using computer go to firefox.com and download it from there. Once done, open it and access yahoo bt mail using that. It should be able to print.
Yes, to revert back to changes, you can reset IE
On Internet Explorer, click tools > internet options > advanced tab > reset > reset
That will revert back any changes I did.
