I have put in my password ***** it says the user profile service failed the logon, user profile cannot be loaded. I am unable to open my computer thanks

HAve you tried starting the Machine in Safemode to see if you still have an issue?

Please do this


1) If the Machine is on Power it Off
2) Power the Machine on
3) As soon as it comes on Tap F8 >Keep Tapping
4) The advanced Boot Menu will come up
5) Scroll down to "safemode with networking" Press Enter

Let me know if you can get in using safemode if so we can fix it

Yes I've pressed f8 and gone into safe mode network computer has started entered password and says the same thing

Ok then rules out running a factory Restore

as it would wipe all data Usually with the error

the profile doesn't load and it loads a temporary profile with no or your info

but your saying it goes back to log in Screen ?

If so without a Restore disk , you have Limited options

It's come up system recovery options. Select a keyboard layout what shall I do?

You can select the options and run a System Restore NOT factory Restore

choose a date when it all worked ok and let it restore

Then you will be able to log in
