I have forgotten my password ***** my microsoft account and cannot get a code sent as I cannot get into my emails.
Could you help me retrieve it? I have already tried the recovery process but it will not let me choose the option to get the code sent by text.

It was created on an old laptop and with the one I am using now I used to get into Microsoft automatically. I use google chrome on this laptop
