I open up my new Acer laptop computer with Resolution 1366

Resolved Question:

I open up my new Acer laptop computer with Resolution 1366 - 768 (recommended) I try to open live mail - it immediately goes to 640 - 80 resolution The screen goes fuzzy, it says wrong resolution. The screen picture is about a quarter of the full screen. If I do nothing the screen, in a few seconds goes back to the full screen. If I try again to get Live Mail it goes through the same rigmarole Needless to say I am not gettingmy email working properly. Please what is the answer to get the laptop working properly. James. This gets more confusing. I cannot see sign in. I don't have a pass word. All the time Just Answer do not seem to like my email address. Although I did not approach them before yesterday

Please do this to fix the issue

Right click the windows Live mail shortcut

click properties

Then Click Compatibilty

untick the 640 x 480 Resoultion

Click ok/apply and Open Windows mail

let me know any issues
