It looks this is a browser compatibility bug. Serevisor runs well under Google Chrome and not under Firefox or IE. Which browser are you using?
Sorry for the delay - I'm not well. I use Firefox, Chrome and IE. Everywhere the story is the same - you click on 'play' or just screen - and screen goes black in video mood. Live broadcast is OK.
Hi Arty. I can't rate you because you haven't answered my question. I repeat: flash player is not playing videos on [echo.msk.ru] Setevisor under Firefox, Google Chrome and IE. Live broadcast on Setevisor is OK.

Hi Jess. To help you with languages - when you type 'echo.msk.ru' in the search window, many entries in Russian appear. The top entry reads 'Эхо Москвы Translate this page'. Click 'Translate this page' and look at the top of the screen. There on the horizontal rule with black background you'll see white signs: the 3rd from the left 'Setevisor' and the 4th from the left 'Interviews'. Corresponding Russian words are 'Сетевизор' and 'Интервью'. Setevisor is live broadcast and Interviews are videos and audios. Now go back again and click 'Эхо Москвы'. On the black rule click 'Сетевизор'. A screen appears and there will be sound and picture. This is live broadcast and it is OK. If you scroll down this page there will be small pictures of previous broadcasts (Interviews). If you click any of them the black screen with the blue signs of Web and Play appear. If I click Play (or anywhere at the screen) the screen goes black. It happens in Firefox, Chrome and IE. I've tied to delete data in Global settings and Local storage - result negative. The same happens in Interviews. Can you help? Many thanks
Hi Jess. Yes, the link you've provided is one of those I have problem with. When I try to play this or any other such interviews in Mozilla, Google Chrome or IE, the screen turns black. Deleting data in 'global settings' and/or 'local storage' doesn't help. I need those videos for my work so it is really a nuisance.
Hi,Thank you for writing back with that confirmation. Actually, using my several web browsers here, Internet Explorer, FIrefox, Chrome, Safari and Opera, I can't view those interviews as well. I can only view the live stream. It is exactly the same problem with the one you described.However, after several hours of research to help you with this problem, I found out that you need to install a software that is an add-on of setevisor to allow your browsers to play archive or saved setevisor videos like those interviews. The name of the software is called TVeam.Here is the link:http://download.setevisor.tv/eng.htmlIn that page, download TVeam based on your Operating System, in my case, I downloaded the one for Windows.After downloading, please run the file to install the TVeam, the Setevisor support software. Hi Jess. I've followed your directions, downloaded software TVeam and run the file. The TVeam icon displayed in my system tray. I've restarted my laptop. I've clicked inside video box - the screen turnes black. I can't see any setevisor logo. There are to icons: screen mode ('режим отображения') and full screen plus play button. Nothing else.

I' ve restarted to the original account because I'd lost your remote control and email account o Alla_new. I've now lost your remote control on my original a/c.
I have already tested videos in Chrome. It doesn't work. I didn't bother with Firefox - no point
I tried like a hell. Two videos were running but when I fast played them to the end and then tried to play them again they'd turned black. So please restore my startup programs and service. Thank you.
