I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 that I cannot cannot get to work.

Resolved Question:

I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 that I cannot cannot get to work. It is my fault as I cannot conect to SamsungTab Account, Google Account or Wi-FI. By the way I am 75 years old did something wrong.
