There may be a change of data loss or memory card corruption.

arsufi2002 :

Please do this activity..

arsufi2002 :

1: Disconnect Camera USB cable from computer. See if it comes to normal

Customer:

Hi I've already disconnected - well I couldn't find a proper way of disconnecting so I had to pull it out. I've also plugged it into charge - but it already had two bars of battery and that hasn't made any difference.

arsufi2002 :

ok

arsufi2002 :

So what's the problem now?

arsufi2002 :

Is it working normally?

Customer:

It's the same. The screen on the camera is stuck - it's white with a double headed arrow in a black box in the middle of it. This double headed arrow signifies that it's linked to the computer, only it's not linked anymore. If I try to switch the camera off it won't switch off.

arsufi2002 :

Could you please take off battery from camera..

Customer:

I can't work out how to do that - do you know?

arsufi2002 :

please wait

Customer:

hang on ive done it!

arsufi2002 :

On bottom side of camera

arsufi2002 :

You can see a slot

Customer:

Yes, it's out now, should I just put it back in?

arsufi2002 :

Please wait for a min

Customer:

ok

arsufi2002 :

Simply press power button two or three times

Customer:

without the battery in or should I put the battery back?

arsufi2002 :

I mean while the battery is off

arsufi2002 :

without battery

Customer:

ok - done that

arsufi2002 :

Insert battery after 1 min and turn on camera

Customer:

ok

Customer:

arsufi2002 :

Yes, it should

arsufi2002 :

Please check it now

Customer:

Thanks

arsufi2002 :

Note: Make sure you won't disturb USB cable when camera establish connection with computer

Customer:

Yes it's working, many thanks

Customer:

The battery is very low - will it charge through being linked with the computer?

arsufi2002 :

Most model has this function. But to confirm, could you please check the battery symbol..

arsufi2002 :

If it shows charging, its ok

Customer:

it just has a line - it doesn't have a charging sign like my computer does...

arsufi2002 :

oh..Then it won't charge. You need to connect external source

Customer:

my computer said it couldn't find the source for the pictures - do you think that was because the camera wasn't charged enough? I will charge it and try again later...

arsufi2002 :

No, it should display even

arsufi2002 :

Do you have a card reader?

arsufi2002 :

Question: Can you see the images from camera?

Customer:

Not on my mac book - I've always

Customer:

Yes, at first the pictures have come up and it's fine but then it says that an error has occured.

Customer:

Sorry, I sent the first message by mistake. I could see the pictures, but then the error occured.

Customer:

It says either the source in unavailable or the destination is full

arsufi2002 :

Right now, Are you working from Windows machine

Customer:

arsufi2002 :

arsufi2002 :

Do you get this message from picase

Customer:

yes, it's from picasa

arsufi2002 :

This doesn't seems to be a camera issue but picasa settings.

Customer:

Yes, they're all coming up

arsufi2002 :

Can you check other apps in computer to see if you can import or view pics from camera

Customer:

I've never used other apps - which ones would work?

arsufi2002 :

Customer:

ok

arsufi2002 :

Customer:

I don't think I have iphoto. There's something saying preview which I've clicked but nothing's happening...

arsufi2002 :

Can you see iphoto under Media section
