Hi,
My name is Randy.
No worries, we will sort it out. I will do my best to provide the assistance you need.

If you're using a non-Three phone, you'll need to update your internet settings.

To make sure you can connect through Three network:

  1. From the homescreen, tap and hold the notification bar at the top and slide your finger down

  2. Swipe your finger to the left to reveal more options

  3. Make sure that the box for Mobile data is lit up

You can also connect to the internet using Wi-Fi if you have a Wi-Fi connection at home or work.

To connect to Wi-Fi:

  1. From the homescreen, tap and hold the notification bar at the top and slide your finger down

  2. Tap Wi-Fi to switch it on
  3. Tap and hold Wi-Fi. Available networks will be displayed. Tap on the network you want to connect to
  4. Enter the wireless password ***** tap Connect

If you're using a non-Three phone or having issues connecting to the internet using our network, you should check your internet settings.

To check your internet settings:

  1. From the homescreen, tap and hold the notification bar at the top and slide your finger down

  2. Swipe your finger to the left to reveal more options

  3. Tap and hold Mobile data
  4. Tap Access Point Names

  5. Tap 3 and make sure the settings are:
  6. Name: 3
    APN: three.co.uk
    Username: None
    Password: None

    MMSC: http://mms.um.three.co.uk:10021/mmsc

    MMS proxy: 8799
    APN type: Default

  7. If you can't see 3, tap the + icon and enter the details above

You should now be connected to the internet.

  1. From the homescreen, tap and hold the notification bar at the top and slide your finger down

  2. Swipe your finger to the left to reveal more options

  3. Tap and hold Mobile data
  4. Tap Network mode

  5. If you want to use 4G, make sure LTE/WCDMA/GSM is enabled. If you just want to connect to our 3G network, make sure WCDMA/GSM is enabled
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

I've checked the settings, and they are set for 4G, I then tried the setting for 3G and it still didn't work, so I've put them back to the 4G setting
