So you cannot log onot the machine at all correct ?

No I cannot log on even after setting it up. so was already logged on eveything working ok then it asked me for my password ***** the following info came up - "you cannot sign in to yourPC right now.Go to account Live,com to fix the problem

Ok please do this

Go to https://account.live.com/ResetPassword.aspx (on other pc)

* Select I forgot my password

* Fill in your mail id and text shown in a image, select next

* Now go to your mail box copy the code and paste it inside the text box and select next

Change your password

Now your password ***** *****

("After changing your password ***** not login from pc" )

Now login using the same mail id and password ***** your laptop (on which you had a login problem)
