i want my software, including windows itself, to stop crashing. this affects mainly windows but also often itunes and my cd disc drive does not register discs anymore
Please try the following for fixing the crashing issue:

Then turn it on, and right after the black screen with white text or the computer company logo disappears, press & release key F8 repeatedly until a menu appears, then you select Safe Mode with Networking (note: if there is no menu, then try the same steps again, but this time, press key F8 a bit earlier). Then login and
, then go to the website below to download and install the Malwarebytes Anti-Malware program: http://www.malwarebytes.org , then click on Scan / Scan Now, and wait until it finishes scanning , if it finds anything, then quarantine / fix all , then restart the computer. (Note: Do not buy anything or try the Pro version; just use its free feature. Also, note that the program name is*****)
2. Download and install the CCleaner software at the website: http://www.filehippo.com/download_ccleaner ; click on "Download Latest Version" on the right , then open it and run both the Cleaner and Registry options. , then restart the computer.
3. Click on Start, then click on Computer
, then right-click on the C: drive, then click on Properties
, the click on the Tools tab, then click on Check now...
, then check both boxes, then click on Start, and confirm Yes
, then restart the computer, and the disk check will automatically start
; this will take up to an hour or more
, then when it's done, check the computer.
