Hello and thank you for using JustAnswer, my name is ***** ***** I will be helping you with your question today.
Could you let me know what type of printer you have?
At the start this sounds like an issue with the pickup rollers of the printer which need to be replaced with continuous use of the printer.
Have you checked the inside near the rollers to make sure there wasn't a piece of paper stuck near our around the rollers?
yes cant see anything paper came out whole b ut i had to pull it out from back
Ok, I suggest you give the rollers a good cleaning with an alcohol pad while the printer is unplugged. Then run a few papers through to test performance.
can i use cloth with
You can also follow this older guide on using the software that came with the printer to run a roller clean feature: http://kbsupport.cusa.canon.com/system/selfservice.controller?CONFIGURATION=1011&PARTITION_ID=1&secureFlag=false&TIMEZONE_OFFSET=&CMD=VIEW_ARTICLE&ARTICLE_ID=23135
You can use a cloth as long as it doesnt give of lint.
can i use soft cloth with paint cleaner or do i have to get thgis from computere shop
No need for anything special, do you have rubbing alcohol?
Worst case you can try warm water with your cloth.
cannot get at rollers do i have to take back off
Yes, take the back off and the paper tray
When you get a moment let me know your progress
cannot remove back from printer
Can you remove the paper tray? The roller should be around that area.
no took two screws out but could not release back
The paper tray does not come out?
I think you have a duplicate question open, can we close that?
Ok, I have reported it as a duplicate.
Are you able to feel around for the roller. Make sure the printer is unplugged first.
Also check this roller for cleaning
Were you able to clean the roller in the picture?
