My new kindle will not connect with the wii fi network because they say my password ***** ***** yet I am using the apple password.

The model is Kindle Voyage, delivered yesterday and C E0700 on pamphlet.

Yes. The wireless key is XXXXXXXXXX and the WPS pin is XXXXXXXX.

The network is a BT Home Hub 3.0 Settings type B. I have no other info.

No, not that. On the router sticker, do you see any thing like SSID?

There is a Serial No and a MAC no: 1C1D67E72A82 on the sticker. Nothing else except the connection sockets.

Can we do a remote support session on your desktop computer, so I can retrieve your BT Home Hub modem's wireless/Wi-Fi password ***** through your computer together with you?

The short answer is that the CP is connected by cable to the home hub but the I-pad The desk cp is windows 7, an old msi model.

Sorry, have you tried to use the wireless key at the back/bottom of your BT Home Hub device? Please enter the password ***** for Wi-Fi/wireless. ; please check carefully at the back/bottom of your BT Home Hub device for the wireless key; it is case-sensitive. (Note: Wireless key means Wi-Fi/wireless password. Also, if needed, check your SSID (Wi-Fi network name.)
