please let me know that do documents and pictures print fine when sending prints from your computer
I only have my tablet and up to last week the printing was fine
ok..have you tried printing from the printer itself
Do you mean copying? If so that is fine
When I reinstalled printhand the test page printed clearly
are there lines on prints or ink smudges
There are no lines...the page looks like the paper was wet when printed
we will first attempt few manual cleaning steps
please remove the cartridges and printhead and turn off printer
now clean the golden contacts and nozzles on cartridge as well as printhead with cotton swab and alcohol
also keep the ON button on printer pressed for 10 secs
please ensure that you have removed the power cord whene attempting the above steps
once the steps are done, plug in power cord and turn on printer
insert ink and printhead and try a print

is that correct
are you using any specific app for printing
ok..just to confirm your tablet is android or windows based
Could it be my tablet at fault?
it seems to be a setting issue with the tablet
because if printer is printing the emails fine then its not a mechanical issue with the printer
have you tried using the canon mobile printing app
i would suggest to try that or remove printhand and after a reboot of the tab , reinstall printhand and try printing
