Hi, and thank you for asking your question.

If you are referring to the password ***** your Windows user account, we have two options:

1. Carry out a system recovery, which will restore the system back to factory defaults - erasing the current account and allowing you to create a fresh account in the process. This will erase ALL of the data that's currently on the system.

2. Use a password ***** tool to try and recover the password ***** the current account. This process will be more complicated, and will not be fail-safe either.

Which option would you like to go ahead with?
