Ok I am wondering if your version will install on your computer or if you are running into a compatibility issue due to trying to install the old version on a bewer operating system.

Are you using windows 7?

Have you ever had it installed on this computer before?

had creator 9 which I tried to install withoiut success

I just bought this version

I can if it's possible send you the log file of attempted install

Ok but is this the latest version, you had said you just bought it so is it version 3?

Try the following.

Turn off any antivirus you may have running temporrarily.

Can you put the disc in, then click start and choose computer, next right click on CD drive choose explore.

Looks for setup.exe and choose run as administrator.

Try that and see what happens.

no it is not version 3 It is 2012 version

I have already tried installing with antivirus off and windows firewall off

with same result

Hi John,

Thank you for your patience. We have sent a support request to the support moderators so that your Product Key install count will be reset. Based on the software documentation, the key will only work for 10 installations so if you tried to install it a lot of times already, it will be locked so you need the key to be reset.

Please wait for the support forum moderator's reply and advice if the key has been reset. Once it is reset, you can then proceed to install it the way I did it.
