I bought Kindle fire HDX this week and when I switched it on

I bought Kindle fire HDX this week and when I switched it on and selected UK English but it came on in Spanish, so can you tell me how I can switch back to U K English

Please follow the steps below to change language on your Kindle.
For older Kindle Fire HDX models:
1. Swipe from the top
2. Tap on the far right gear icon - Ajustes (Settings)
3. Tap on the 5th item from the top - Dispositivo (Device)
4. Tap on the 4th item from the top - Idioma (Language)
5. Tap on the 3rd item from the top - Inglés(English - United States)
For newer Kindle Fire HDX models:
1. Swipe from the top
2. Tap on the far right gear icon - Ajustes (Settings)
3. Tap on the 10th item from the top - Idioma y teclado (Language & Keyboard)
4. Tap on the 1st item at the top - Idioma (Language)
5. Tap on the 3rd item from the top - Inglés (English - United States)

Thank you for your reply.
That's really strange. The first solution for this kind of issue is to change language. BUT, if that doesn't work the next step will be to perform factory reset. Don't worry, none of your books will be lost.
To reset your Kindle please follow the steps below:
1. Swipe from the top
2. Tap gear icon
3. Select Ajustes
4. Select Dispositivo - Device
5. Select Restablecer los valores predeterminados de fábrica - Reset to Factory Defaults.
When done, you will have to register your Kindle with the same Amazon account you have registered right now. On the start select English instead Spanish language.
