Hi,
My name is***** save this page to favorites( ctrl + d) so that you can reconnect in case you get disconnected.

I am sorry to hear that you have this issue, I look forward to assisting you today with your question and providing the best answer possible.

You know this is a common issue when you go connecting SmartTVs a hign capacity HDD. I won't say its same for all TVs but have seen most of them making issues like your. The cause is TV firmware is not updated to handle big sized storage devices. That's why you are able to connect 32BG stick.

So what we can do?
1: I suggest you to make two partition of 1.5TB rather than 1 3TB partition on Segate HDD and see if it works.
2: Check for firmware(TV) updates if available update to latest.

Let me know the update
Thanks
FIyaz

(Please don't leave me negative feeback if my suggestion doesn't work, instead please update status)
