Hi,
My name is***** will assist you.
I am sorry to hear that you are having this issue.
Are you typing the password ***** as it appears on the Hub label?
Be sure that you enter the caps and non caps correctly.
What is the model of your Hub?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

The home hub is BT 2.0 Now that mention caps and non caps perhaps it is the wireless key I need to input, as the password ***** two numbers and all cap letters.

Expert:  Randy Computer Tech replied 2 years ago.

yes, enter the wireless network key from your label>the network name (SSID) and wireless key is printed on a label on the back of the Hub. In this example, the SSID is BTHomeHub2-ABCD and the wireless key is 1234abcdef.

Wireless settings label.
