Hi, I am A. Stevens here to help with your question!

Customer:

Monica - can you tell me what website or program you are using to access your email?

Customer:

What you can do, is mark these trouble emails as "Not Spam" so that they will deliver to your inbox.

Customer:

Dependent on how you are accessing your email, the method may be different.
