I cannot download images from camera Samsung WB350F to computer (has previously been OK) Troubleshooting shows error - Code 43. Can you help please

are you able to move the lens, does it come out for zoom and goes in fine and close the shutter cover

Camera less than 1 year old - everything working except downloading snaps to computer

if the camera is connected to any usb cable please unplug it

remove the battery and let me know when its out

teamviewer is basically a remote tool if you click on the link it will download the file all you have to do is open the file by double clicking on it to install it

once its installed you will see teamviewer box with some id numbers and password

Used the download within the last two weeks - everything fine

Was not aware of problem until I tried to download pictures this morning

Michelle :

click on start and select search

Michelle :

type in system restore you will see the icon appears click on it

Michelle :

To run system restore try to open the search button and in the search box type in system restore a system restore icon will appear click on it as it opens click on the option "choose a different restore point" then hit next after that you will see an option nex window check box as "choose more restore points" Select that and then you will see a date list select one of the back date by clicking on it when then computer was working fine and hit next and then hit the finish button to initiate system restore. It will take a while to restore the computer to the back date and will restart the computer automatically. Please do not shut down on turn off the computer while it in the process. Wait and watch it might take 15 to 20 mins or it can be much earlier as well. At the system reboot you will get a message your computer was successfully restored or it may say it did not restore then in that case you will have to run the system restore again from windows and select a new old date to run system restore and wait for the process to complete this is normal some times the system restore points are corrupted the you get the message the it didnt restore successfully however run another date to restore.
