Hi. My name is***** you for your question and the opportunity to assist. Since this is a new PC it can be reset to the way it was when you first turned it on. You can then start again and create a new password.
Turn the machine on so that you are at the Windows 8 login screen (but don't try to log in just yet)
Hold down(and keep holding) the Shift key, click the Power icon in the lower right corner and click Restart.
Release the keys when you see "Please Wait"
On the page that opens click Troubleshoot.
On the next page click "Reset your PC"
and follow the prompts to return the computer to it's out-of-box
state

Please let me know if you need more clarification. I will always do my best to answer your question. Your satisfaction is my top goal. If you are not satisfied with the answer I provide, for any reason, please allow me to continue to help you (or recommend you for another expert or refund) rather than giving a negative rating. A positive rating is always appreciated.

Sorry for the delay. Select Just Remove Files from where Windows installed.

It takes less time.

Hi. I replied earlier but not have heard back. Are you now able to log in to the computer using a new login?
