I have purchased a stand alone model ET2012AUKB-B016K last

Customer Question

I have purchased a stand alone model ET2012AUKB-B016K last year. Within three months the Motherboard and hard drive has to be replaced, however I now find that inspite of having all the latest software for my printer HP photosmart 5510 the printer recognises the computer, however the computer does not recognise the printer, and the scanner does not respond at all!
Another problem appears to be that I can not always download programmes, for instance Windows 8.1. I have tried this at least 5 times. everything seems to be ok on the download until the very end when I get a message to say "THERES A PROBLEM" and then it has to revert to Windows 8.0 again
Can you please help as I would like to get tghe most out of my computer.

my problem still exists. I do not wish to sign up to any monthly payment scheme, but I do want my problem solved. The option to scan has disappeared and my computer has lost its ability to print downloads.
