i can't access my hotmail,and when they sent a message on how

Resolved Question:

i can't access my hotmail,and when they sent a message on how to change my password,it said there is a temporary problem and try again later,that was 3 days ago.
I filled in the security questions again and they said i had tried to many time and to leave for 24 hours,this I done but to the same result.

yes,and they sent me a link but it says there is a temp fault and I should try again later,it says the same every time I try it,I have also tried again by filling in the recovery form but they say i have tried to many times and to leave it for 24 hours but this just keeps happening
