HiI've a Samsung desk top PC00179-60363-65714-AAOEMI've

Resolved Question:

Hi
I've a Samsung desk top PC
00179-60363-65714-AAOEM
I've a CD in the drive which wont now open
I cant get the manage icon to activate so as to eject CD
Is there a manual button anywhere or another way of opening the deck to remove the CD
I'd appreciate your advice

Generally most drives on computer especially desktop computer has a technique to remove CD/DVD if it got stuck inside.

1: Obtain paper clip or safety pin

Customer:

2: Observe drive carefully, you can see a hole near to Eject button

Customer:

3: Once found, insert paper click or safety pin on it and press, you can see the drive door opens
