Hi James
We are not AVG but a technical support service for a range of products.
I can understand your frustration and would like to work with you to solve this.
Knowing this, do you wish to continue with me?
If so, is "Threat cannot be removed" is the complete message you receive?

Hi Richard,

excuse my explosion.

My issues have been resolved.

Its no problem at all James, I just wanted to get to the bottom of your problem.
Just make sure at least once a month you run a full scan of your computer as viruses can get by the automatic scanning, so it is always best to manually run a scan.
If you would like any additional information or assistance, please do not hesitate to let me know.
And if you can take a second to rate my service, that would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you
