Trying to copy a download by pressing Ctl and P. Up comes

Customer Question

Trying to copy a download by pressing Ctl and P. Up comes a long piece on the left hand side, with specifications but, when I press print, nothing happens. I used to have a square piece in the middle with all specifications and I simply pressed PRINT, with no problem. How has this changed and what can I do.

Is it only a specific document you have the problem with? Or anything you try to print?

It is everything I try to print, I tried a while ago and the printer spurted out the last document I printed, but not the one wanted.

First, as this is a common cause, have you restarted the computer and tried to print Valerie?

Can you please go to www.teamviewer.com
Click on Download in the top right.
Go down to "TeamViewer Quicksupport"
Click on Download and download and run the program.
It will give you an ID and a Password.
Please give me the ID (leave a space between each character eg: 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9) and the password ***** your next message to me here.
Do not close the program, but leave it open.
I can then connect to your computer.
