I now have no printer listed at all but a box entitled Add. Name and Kind. And below that a line saying Name, below that Location and below that Use. What do I insert
Everything I click is blank. Default shows nothing. I am now more stuck than
I was before!
Ok I will try but might have to get some help in. Can I come back to you later whilst I try to use the HP disc as I will have tho shut down the email site. How do I re contact you if in trouble?Sorry you could not fix it for me - this has not work out sadly
I am still having trouble as I keep getting a message saying that the installer has not been completed and they are sending a message to Apple
Go to the stored software in the Applications folder on your hard drive.
Drag the HP program’s icon or folder to the Trash to begin the uninstall process.
Then >CLICK HERE< to download the software from HP.
I have now got my printer installed and working but I had to get
a friend in to assist as there appeared to be some complication.
I am now up and running. Kind regards, Elizabeth
