I have devloped 2-problems on my laptop and urgently need some help to resolve them if possible.
1. my partner plugged an external PS2 keyboard into my laptop and now i cannot type on the laptop keypad, how can I reverse the action?
2, I also have no sound on my laptop from the diskdrive or Itunes etc. a window appears on the screen saying that the AUDIO is not operational, plus the speaker icon on the bottom of the screen has a small X at the side of it, I followed the onscreen instruction to restore it but it has not worked.
Can you assist me I am now desperate,

Hello Jerry
I don't know if you are aware but the sound problem returned when I booted up my laptop the next day, I contacted Just ask and was of course offered assistance again if I paid another £28.
Of course I didn't accept as I could not keep throwing money at the problem so I put it into a local service centre and they have suggested I reinstall the operating system for the same price, which I have agreed to and I hope it will then be okay.
I would like to thank you anyway for your assistance and maybe come back to you in the future.
