afterwards.however have lost details.how can i find out what it is or how do i
input new one?

Can you restart the phone please and then try to connect it to the wifi.
If it fails, it is possible the default password ***** been changed, and we need to get the correct password.
Let me know if the restart of the phone does not solve this, and which version of windows you use on the computer so we can get the current password.
I can see you are a first time user to the site. What we do here is either a question and answer type of conversation or remote support where I would actually connect to the computer and have a look and fix the issue if possible.
Remote support can save a lot of time if you are not comfortable performing repairs yourself.

No problem at all,
On the BT HUB you will see a reset button, it may be in a hole.
Push this in seconds, while the Hub is powered on, and then release.
Wait 5 minutes and then try to connect the phone.

ok, you need to put in the original password ***** the one on the Label on the Hub next to Wireless Key
And it has to go in exactly as it is printerd eg: PASSword ***** ***** to passWORD

The only reason this happens then is the password ***** *****

Can you please go to www.teamviewer.com
Click on Download in the top right.
Go down to "TeamViewer Quicksupport"
Click on Download and download and run the program.
It will give you an ID and a Password.
Please give me the ID (leave a space between each character eg: 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9) and the password ***** your next message to me here.
Do not close the program, but leave it open.
I can then connect to your computer.
