Customer Question

I bought an Apple MacPro from you 3 years ago. It's become very slow of late. Even when all the programmes are shut down it runs at 60% and up to 95% when running just a few items. When my friends Mac shuts down his programmes, it runs at just .5%. He and I cant see what programme is using so much computer power. His computer is running twice as many programmes as mine but mine is 10X slower that his!

Do I need to do anything else?

Expert:  Cris replied 2 years ago.
Where you able to get the link opened on the Mac with the issue?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

I have already opened the link and there is a series of boxes at the bottom of the screen

Expert:  Cris replied 2 years ago.
Yes open the link on the Mac and there will be a Agree to Terms box at the bottom.
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

I have opened the link and accepted the terms. Something is downloaded and a box appeared at the bottom of the screen. I have clicked on the box and a window opens with gibberish on it. I don't know where to go from here.

Are you having to work on multiple cases at the same time, or are you just dealing with my inquiry at the moment? There seems to be massive delays in the time it takes for a response or action to be taken.

This service is not working for me. Please delete my account

Hi Neil,

I apologize for the long delay. Can we attempt the connection again?

If not I can provide a set of instructions for you to do on your Mac.
