Thanks,
Please do the following in Internet Explorer
Click Tools (the gear wheel top right) than Internet Options
Click on the General Tab and Delete all Temporary Internet Files.
Than click the Advance Tab and click Reset
Then restart the computer and tell me how it is now please.
I can also do these steps for you, and have made a request via Additional Services. This is optional, and if you choose to do this, I can, with your permission, remote into your computer while you watch and do all these steps (and deal with any problems that arise during them) for you. Or if you do not choose to take this service, we can continue here. This is no problem at all. Just let me know please.
Let me know the results please

Forget it Richard Its not your fault that I am not good with computers.

I have not got a clue as to what to do

Expert:  Richard replied 2 years ago.
Its ok, I can take you through this.
I want you please to connect the Laptop to the Router with the network cable, not wireless.
Else, another method which may be easier for you is to reinstall windows.
Is there data on the laptop you need to keep?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

I will finish now Richard Thanks for your help

Expert:  Richard replied 2 years ago.
ok, I have marked this question though to never close, so if you wish to come back later, this is no problem, there is no time limit on this.
Maybe copying your data from the Laptop then we reinstall your windows is best for you to do as this will be easiest for you to carry out.
Just let me know
