I must ask two questions before we begin. Thank you in advance for taking the time to answer them for me.
Who is your e-mail provider? Please, do not enter your full email address. If you do that, it will be blocked. For that reason, please tell me what comes after the @ sign.
Which program do you use to access your email (Outlook, Mac Mail, Entourage, Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc)?

After you changed the address in the account files the problem domain sent me an e-mail but it didn't come through

How long goes it take for them to update their database and records after they send the emails? Or even more-so, maybe they update their database before sending emails.

- Open Safari
- In the top menu bar, click Safari
- Click EMPTY CACHE (reset Safari)
- Click the Empty button
- In the top menu bar, click Safari again
- Click Reset Safari
- Reset
Go back to the page and try logging in.

I tried logging in with the alternate email address and it said wrong details then tried logging in with the main address and password ***** it gave me the same response - blocked

In that case, there's nothing that can be done on your end. You will have to contact the company that runs that system and request that they fix the problem that exists in your account.

still not receiving emails in the designated rfbdoc inbox but am receiving emails in the designated kingdommusicradio webmail inbox so we have communication once again just not as expected

My Mac is OS 10.5.8 and want to upgrade to 10.6.8 and upgrade the flash player too can I do this without a disc and if so how much will it cost me to have you do it.
