As the first step, I want to drain all residue power so the firmware can restart.
Can you remove the power from the printer and wait 10 minutes.
Plug the power back in, turn on the Printer and tell me please if you still get the error.
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

I have done that but display still shows the same error.

Thanks Terence.
Remove the ink cartridges from the printer, then power it off.
Power it on with no cartridges in it and tell me if it still gives this exact error please.
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

Thanks. I have done that and the same failure is showing.

Expert:  Richard replied 2 years ago.
Thanks Terence, this confirms the problem
It is the ink cartridge motor that has failed, we have ruled out all the other causes for this.
I am really sorry about this and you are going to have to return the printer to have this replaced. It will be covered by the warranty if this has not expired, and the replacement will be done at no cost to you.
I am really sorry about this, and if you have problems, or would like any additional information or assistance, please do not hesitate to let me know.
And if you can take a second to rate my service, that would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you
